All personal information submitted via Net Poker Chips is encrypted and 100% secure. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to ensure maximum protection of your credit card and personal information as it is transmitted to us. SSL is the highest standard in internet encryption technology.
Orders may be placed via one of the following methods:

Online (credit cards and PayPal): To order online, click on the 'add to shopping cart' button below the item you wish to purchase. You will be redirected to our shopping cart on a secure server, which ensures that your information is kept confidential, to complete your order.

Phone (credit cards only): To order via telephone, call us toll-free at (800) 884-9138, and one of our customer service representatives will gladly take your order.

Taxes:
We charge a 6.5% sales tax on all orders delivered to Minnesota only, as this is where our corporate offices are located. All orders delivered outside of Minnesota are not charged sales tax -- they are tax-free.
RETURN POLICY

Return Instructions:
To make a return, please contact us via e-mail (returns@netpokerchips.com) or telephone (800) 884-9138 to request a RAD (Return Authorization Document) prior to returning an order. You will need to provide two pieces of information in order to receive a RAD code: 1) the first and last name of the person by whom the order was placed or the order number and 2) the reason for return (did not like, defective, etc.). Upon receipt of this information, we will e-mail you a RAD, including instructions on how to complete your return. You must include the RAD with your return. Without this document, your return cannot be processed.
Note: A request for a RAD must be made within 30 days from the date of your order. The return must then be received within 14 days from issuance of the RAD code.
*We will not be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, we advise that you to ship your return with insurance using a tracking service.
Please do not ship products back to the address listed on our website, as this is our corporate offices, not our warehouse.

We ship via UPS to the United States only. Orders placed before 12 PM EST, shipping via a guaranteed method, ship the same day, provided that it is a business day. Once your order has shipped, your tracking number will be e-mailed to you. Note: Most tracking numbers have approximately a 12 hour delay, while they are being registered into the UPS system, before they provide information. Shipping methods and rates are as follows:

*Orders shipped via UPS 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air Saver, placed by 12pm EST Monday-Friday, ship the same day.
Note: If you have an arrival deadline, you must select a 'guaranteed' method of shipping to guarantee the delivery date of your order.
**UPS Ground orders typically leave the warehouse within in 2-3 business days -- during the holiday season, it may take up to 3-4 days -- and there is no guaranteed delivery date with this method.
***We ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS First Class Mail. The shipping cost can only be calculated after the order has been placed, however.
We neither ship nor deliver orders on weekends, and we cannot charge shipping costs to personal UPS accounts.
