We charge a 6.5% sales tax on all orders delivered to Minnesota only, as this is where our corporate offices are located. All orders delivered outside of Minnesota are not charged sales tax -- they are tax-free.


We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. As a result, all of our items, except customized items, will be accepted for return or exchange within 30 days from the date of your order, provided that they are unused and in the original packaging. Refunds will be paid in full less shipping charges and will be credited to the initial payment method within 48 hours of receipt. If the return is a result of an error on our behalf (defective or incorrect merchandise, etc.), you will be reimbursed for all shipping charges including return shipping. An email confirmation will be sent once the return has been processed. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.

Return Instructions:

To make a return, please contact us via e-mail ( or telephone (800) 701-2841 to request a RAN (Return Authorization Number) prior to returning an order. You will need to provide two pieces of information in order to receive a RAN: 1) the first and last name of the person by whom the order was placed or the order number and 2) the reason for return (did not like, defective, etc.). Upon receipt of this information, we will e-mail you a RAN, including our return address and instructions on how to complete your return. You must include the RAN with your return. Without this document, your return cannot be processed.

Note: A request for a RAN must be made within 30 days from the date of your order. The return must then be received within 14 days from issuance of the RAN.

*We will not be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, we advise that you to ship your return with insurance using a tracking service.

Please do not ship products back to the address listed on our website, as this is our corporate offices, not our warehouse.


We ship primarily via UPS. On ocassion orders are shipped via USPS or freight shipping (for oversized goods). Orders placed before 12 PM EST, shipping via a guaranteed method, ship the same day, provided that it is a business day. Once your order has shipped, your tracking number will be e-mailed to you. Note: Most tracking numbers have approximately a 12 hour delay, while they are being registered into the UPS system, before they provide information. Shipping methods and rates are as follows:

***We ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS First Class Mail. The shipping cost can only be calculated after the order has been placed, however.
